We have a 1915 Act Assessment District that has extremely high delinquencies and foreclosures. We have requested a proposal from one bond counsel to examine appropriate directions to take in managing the situation. Does anyone have any experience with a similar situation? Does anyone have a recommendation for bond counsel?
