For those of you that were able to attend the CSMFO Budget Awards Training,
thank you for your participation. I hope you received value from the
training. For those of you that were unable to attend, but wanted to, the
PowerPoint file that includes the presentation is attached. I have edited
it somewhat from the original presentation to make it viewable without the
need for a presenter. A special thanks to the following cities for being
