The City of Anderson has secured a loan from USDA Rural Development to do a sewer and drainage system project on an unimproved piece of the City . One of the conditions for this loan is that the City of Anderson secure a construction loan to build the project and then they (Rural Development) will fund and pay off the construction loan upon completion of the project. Does anyone have a RFP for a construction loan of this type? Any help would be appreciated.
