I am interested in hearing ideas for structuring the functions of Library, Parks, and Recreation. Please let me know how these functions are structured in your city e.g. all in Community Services Department, stand alone departments, etc. I am especially interested in cities with a population over 100,000 but would appreciate hearing any good ideas.
