Lakewood went from the PERS 2% @ 60 formula to 2% @ 55 after June 30,
1999. I am looking for a sample footnote for our CAFR which discloses
this subsequent event. If your agency changed its retirement formula
subsequent to June 30th, please e-mail me the wording your agency used
in its CAFR footnote. Thank you.
