Beverly,
Dublin San Ramon Services District is the water reailter for the City of Dublin and
runs the regional wastewater treatment plant located in the City of Pleasanton. Our
banking needs are fairly simple after we discontinued our lockbox.
However, Im sure we have all been faced with the daunting task of switching banks.
About three years ago, I prepared an RFP for banking services. We had been banking
with First Interstate Bank and found ourselves a customer of Wells Fargo after that
merger. That relationship wasn't working for us so we decided to switch. Our main
goal was improved customer service. However, we wanted to make use of newer
technology as much as possible. So I started preparing an RFP from scratch. When I
was about half way through, I received a call from the Bank of America who offered to
provide an "RFP Model for General Banking Services". I received it promptly and
found it to be very helpful. I used many of the ideas for my RFP. At that time, it
was on MS Word 6.0. I would think it would still be available by BofA and would
recommend it as an excellent tool to get your RFP off to a fast start.
We are serviced by a BofA "Government Services" Division out of Sacramento. I believe
there is one in LA too. If you would like I could give them a call. If you are
interested please e-mail me.

I would appreciate receiving any copies of RFP for Banks. I need to look for a new
bank and I only have a short time to find a new bank.
Thank YOU
