We in Oakdale (pop. 15,000) have water and sewer
and sometimes run into difficult people especially after we have turned off
their water. We are thinking of having our utility and reception people
trained in handling difficult people and customer relations. I have seen
the classes offered by Fred Pryor Seminars and National Seminars and like
companies. I was wondering if cities or utility districts out there have
used alternatives to these type of companies and if so who they are, whether you
liked them or not, and the cost associated with them. Also if you used the
Fred Pryor type did you feel those were of value. Thank you as always for
your help.
