Greetings, We are contemplating paying for retirees medical expenses through PERS. They have told us that you can't base it on tenure. In other words, anyone eligible to retire would be eligible to receive and we couldn't say only those with say ten years would be eligible. Also, they say that we must pay the same amount that we pay for active employees. If you have any knowledge or experience in this area would you be so kind as to fill me in.
