Two questions related to the funding to build a cultural arts or performing arts center. If your city has done such a project or currently undertaking one, I would appreciate your response. (1) Do you know a consultant specializing in analyzing funding alternatives for these types of centers (not a fund raiser) but perhaps someone with expertise in cultural arts grants or other types of funding? Please pass along a name, address and phone number. (2) Do you have an impact fee for cultural or performing arts facilities assessed on new building construction? If so, is it on only residential or does it also include commercial and industrial? Any idea of how much this fee is?
