The City of Pismo Beach is currently negotiating with Worldmark, a vacation club regarding the collection of TOT. Their members do not have any ownership in the property but pay an annual fee to use vacation club facilities throughout the nation. In order to stay at the local hotel the member would use a certain number of their annual points. If they have used their points up they have the ability to purchase credits and use them to stay at the facility.
