The City of Eureka is planning to replace its financial software during FY
2000-01 and would like to survey other cities to find out generally what
experiences you may have had with the process.  If you have recently
upgraded or replaced your financial software, could you please share some
feedback as to:

1.  The Cost of the software and implementation.
2.  Systems that were upgraded or replaced(ie,  core financials, payroll,
licensing,   budget, etc.).
3.  The Vendor.
4.   Your satisfaction with the product.

The City of Eureka is a full service city with a population of about 28,000.
