Good morning fellow finance pros. I haven't seen the following question posed here, so I'd appreciate responses if it's applicable to your city. Statutes in the PUC set the rates for common carrier oil pipelines. However, rates for non-common carrier oil pipelines are set by cities. If you have set such a rate, please advise what it is.
