I had asked last week if anyone was aware of complaint tracking software they would 
recommend.  I received responses as follows:

The City of Monterey Park has an inhouse system that was custom designed.  They 
welcomed others to look at it. 

Leslie Keene, El Dorado Irrigation District, says:  "Our IT manager says we track 
everything at the helpdesk with Microsoft Outlook Tasks.  Then schedule directly into 
IT Staff's calendar and task lists - Works pretty good for them."

Jackie Alexander, IS Manager, MissionViejo, ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) have a 
complaint tracking system - Trackwise - by Sparta Systems.  The system has a web 
interface they are currently in the process of purchasing.  It runs on novell/Centura 
or NT/Oracle/SQL serves.  

One City responded they have a system, but they are looking to get rid of it.
