Our City Council has changed its mind and now wants staff to re-negotiate our contract with our current contract City Attorney firm rather than go to RFP. It seems to me that not long ago someone did a survey of the hourly rates charged by contract City Attorney firms. I've looked at the CSMFO website for the results and did not see them.
