Hi everyone, I'd like to know if any city has used their
annual Gas Tax apportionments as a pledged source for financing street eligible
capital improvements, deferred major maintenance issues, etc. Since I have never
been involved in such an issue directly, but have been told they have occurred,
I'd like to verify any completed transactions and determine what, if any,
special requirements were necessary to accomplish the issuance.
