Hello Everyone - Our Fire Chief would like us to implement a credit card purchasing method for the City of Albany. I have reviewed the resource room items related to purchase cards and still have several questions. If your city allows employees to use a credit card for purchasing (and travel), would you please provide me with the following information: 1. who has authorization to use the card 2. are there purchasing limits, both $ amount and type of purchase 3. did you use the RFP process to obtain credit card services 4. if yes to #3, would you provide your RFP 5. what terms and conditions did you agree to 6. what bank did you go with and are you happy with the services, reports, etc 7. did the city council have to approve the acceptance of the credit card as well as the terms and conditions Thanks in advance for your time and efforts.
