We are in the process of purchasing software and hardware for a document imaging system. Our Information Systems Department has been using CMAS up to this point; however, our City Attorney feels our Municipal Code requires us to go through bidding process. Has anyone been able to successfully waive your city's purchasing requirements and purchase directly from CMAS. Would appreciate help. Thanks. Sandy Forrest
