The attached white paper was prepared by the California Committee on Municpal
Accounting to update a previous report on accounting and financial reporting for
cities with related redevelopment agencies published in 1987. This issue was prepared
to conform with recent GFOA recommendations and new standards under GASB34. A copy is
to be published on the website and was sent with the recent MiniNews.
