I see there was a survey a while back on City Attorneys and I reviewed the summary on the CSMFO site. More specifically,I would appreciate hearing from Cities that have a contract attorney on a retainer basis. How much is the retainer? Is there a limit or other restrictions on the number of hours of retainer work? It's not hard to see where this line of questioning from the City Manager is going....
