Senate Revenue and Tax Committee.  Here's our sample letter if you'd 
like to add your City to the list of supporters.  

(And remember, if you're supporting AB 2412, you need to resend the 
letter each time it gets to a new committee.)

The Migden bill AB 2412 just passed the Assembly floor. This bill
establishes nexus for  companies that operate both bricks and mortars stores
and affiliated internet businesses to ensure that sales and use tax are
collected from California customers from both operations.  This is a real

is likely Senate Rev & Tax and Senate appropriations.
