Thank you to all that responded to my question regarding the Gann Limit. No city reported being over the limit. A number of cities in high economic growth areas where you might suspect revenues growing at a fast rate and perhaps presenting Gann problems, indicated that they took a calculation method permitted since 1991. This method allows for a factor based on the growth in non-residential assessed valuation. Since doing this method, they are about 1/3 or their limit. Now if we can only get our County assessor to supply such information. Thanks again for everyone's help.
