Hi all,

I would like to know what, if any, post-retirement health benefits are 
offered by small cities (<15,000 pop.).  Sixteen of our 30+ employees (50%!) 
will be eligible for retirement between now and 2010, so it has become an 
issue in negotiations.  I would like to know what you contribute and the 
eligibility criteria for those not enrolled in CalPERS Health.  Our Council 
is considering CalPERS Health as an option, so if any of you are in the 
program let me know what you used as your base year retiree contribution and 
the percentage increase each year you chose.
