Not really a finance question, but maybe some of
you know the answer to this:
We have some part time positions currently
filled by competent people. The departments are proposing to make these
positions full time. Do we have to post and recruit for these positions or
can we just fill them with the qualified people we have doing those jobs
now. How does your City handle this situation?
