Our City Council is discussing a Downtown Specific Plan. This plan is envisioned to initiate the revitalization and guide future development for the City's Downtown. The plan would include, among other things, downtown development and streetscape improvements. We are trying to determine and evaluate different ways to finance these improvements. We have considered a Downtown Improvements District. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I will post the results. Thanks for the help. Gavin Curran City of El Segundo
