The city of Colusa understands that some cities may have been able to negotiate with counties for a larger allocation of the Prop 172 funds and are interested in learning more from these cities. If your city has been successful in negotiating an allocation adjustment, I would like to hear from you. There are several counties where a cap on sales tax limits the share a city may receive, though Colusa is not in one of those counties. As always, thanks for your help and I will post results.
