Everyone: The City of Yuba City will be purchasing our Street Lighting System from PG&E pending the approval of the PUC. I am interested in the various mechanisms that jurisdictions have used to finance such a purchase (ours will be around $1 million). I am aware that one of our neighboring cities, Marysville, secured competitive financing through Citicorp. I welcome the thoughts and experiences of others!
