Good afternoon fellow CSMFOers!  Here is a quiz for a tired Friday
brain;
Does anybody know anything about the Maddy Act?  I was asked that
question, and other than the statement that it was probably something
sponsored by Senator Ken Maddy, I didn't have a clue.
