Subject: Need your technical advice

The author of SB165 has taken a number of amendments to this bill and the
legal advisors say it has addressed some of their concerns. The author has
asked if we will remove our opposition to the bill and we wanted to make
sure all concerns of finance officers are addressed before we respond. If
you could review and get back to me ASAP, would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks
