I think it is important for us all to keep in mind that this email group is
for professionals and that it is intended to be supportive in responding to
each other's needs. In order for it to continue to be successful, it is
important for us to realize that a person's response is given in an effort
to assist another. Therefore, we need to feel that it is "safe" to give our
responses, and not subject to attack from others.
Let's please keep this email group at a professional level, being supportive
