Hi! It is Carolynn Thomas, Finance Director in Fort Bragg. I have been trying all morning to talk a live body at the League of CA cities office to no avail!! Can anyone out there tell me what the Leagues position is on the Fair Competition legislation and if possible steer me to a copy of some narrative they have prepared in regards to their position??
