Greetings, My city is having problems receiving posted messages from the CSMFO mailing list (like this message...I can send it, but I won't receive it). Our computer consultant noticed that the City of Signal Hill is experiencing the same problem. Both cities are using a Raptor firewall, so I was wondering if anyone who receives this message is also using Raptor? Could you please check with your IT staff? I'm afraid there may be more cities out there who are not receiving messages, because they use Raptor. We are currently working with Kirk Biglione to resolve this. Thanks in advance.
