Of the amount appropriated in this item, the State Controller shall allocate a minimum grant of $100,000 to each city police chief, county sheriff, and to the Broadmoor Police Protection District within the County of San Mateo, the Bear Valley Community Services District and the Stallion Springs Community Services District within Kern County, the Lake Shastina Community Services District within Siskiyou County, and the Kensington Police Protection and Community Services District within Contra Costa County. 3.
