It is not unusual to run
into the sort of problem Karen had, due to the complexities of the various web
browsers and the other programs that integrate with them. There is no
single "fix." The best thing an individual user can do is to make
sure that every program is updated to the latest version. Windows should
be set to update automatically. Some programs, like Acrobat Reader and
Java, do not automatically, so if you have a problem, be sure to check
whether a newer version is available for download.
You may be having difficulty with the AGBA web
site if you do not have Java installed, or do not have the latest version of
Java installed. Java drives the menus. You can download and install
the latest version of Java free from: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp.

The answer is yes, I am receiving your emails. Unfortunantly,
I don't always get around to reading them like I should. I enjoy the
information and the exchange that takes place with members via email and would
like it to continue. I know I am negligent in my dues, and would like to
rectify that, but cannot print up the member-ship application off the
internet.
Can't bring up most of the links there. An appication form
sent to me via email or mail would get the job done. Thanks to all for
their hard work.
