Judy, I will have an article for you. Russel Horvey just spent the long weekend here. During his stay Stuart Dkystra and husband - wife restaurant owner were here for a Galloway Steak dinner. They are laying preliminary plans to have Galloway Beef in their restaurant. Russel Horvey snapped a photo during dinner, I would love to have it in with the article.
