hey,
for the true back yardie method all u have to do is jack her up, put it on 
some decent stands and the get yeah socket and find ya self a bit of pipe 
that is wide enough to fit on the end of the rachet (a breaker arm would be 
good but is more expensive then a bit of pipe hehe). the more leavage u have 
the easier the bolt will be to undo. Obviously u do have to have a size that 
will fit under the car. Even an extra foot or two will help u out. Get the 
extra length and i guarentee u that the bolt will move cheers

by the way some famous fella once said "with enough leavage i could move the 
world" hehe maybe  the same applies to those bolts
