I don't have a factory L13-L20B workshop but i do have the L20A-L28.
All torques would be the same as all parts bolt together and are made
from the same stuff.
L engines
head 28.9,43.3,54.2 to 61.6.
flywheel 94 to 108
rod big end nuts 26.8 to 31.1
mains 33 to 40
oil pump bolts 8.0 to 10
camshaft sprocket bolt 94 to 108
oil pan bolts 4.3 to 7.2
rocker pivot lock nuts 36.2 to 43.4
camshaft locating plate bolts 3.6 to 5.8
carb nuts 26 to 52
manifold nuts 5.8 to 8.7
fuel pump nuts 8.7 to 13
crank pully 94 to 108
front cover bolts 6m 2.9 to 5.8
8m 7.2 to 11.6
oil strainer 2.9 to 4.3
The doesn't say dont remove the towers but it also shows you dont need
to remove them,but if you do I sopose the torgues would be around 8 to
10.the book does not say.
