hey matt,
yeah i slotted the inside holes vert. up like you said, however the outside hole
of the inside holes takes a different angle to the inner inside hole to allow
enough room for the washer to go around the bolt!
the outside holes i slotted horiz. towards the front of the car. check out this

that sideways drill i picked up made it heaps easy - personally didnt think it
would of done shit!
