A14/120Y

a friend of mine has an A14 with twin sidedraft webbers (unsure of size), ported head with match ported manifold and a mild cam. he wants to put it into a 120Y sedan he just bought but wanted to ask a few things first   1. Will the A14 bolt up to the gearbox in the 120Y?  If yes will the gearbox be strong enough?   2. Do the engine mounts needed to be modified at all?   3. Are there any pitfalls to watch out for when putting an A14 in a 120Y?  (Anyone on the list ever done it before?)   4. Are there any special things he has to do for it to pass for roadworthy with the A14?
