On my Series 2 bluebird / SR20 combo, I left the standard throttle cable
outer thingy where it was, and I went and bought one of those universal
cables, installed the inner from that in the original tube. Then to seal it
off, I bought a pack of sinkers from a fishing place, stuck it on the cable
and melted it on with a warm blowtorch. It is pretty solid!
