VLSD is a Viscous LSD where fluid is used between two discs to stop the
wheels travelling at different speeds, sort of like the torque converter in
the Auto trans.
LSD is the term used for LSD's which use clutches, like your gearbox
clutch, to stop the wheels travelling at different speeds.
