Aus Post take up to 20 kg which costs < $20 from Sydney to Melbourne but
closer to $50 for next day. We use them at work for the small stuff and they
have a calculator online which is pretty accurate. I've never had a problem
with dimensions but I'm sure they have a theoretical limit.
