r u using a wood hole saw. I tried it too as it was cheap, but it didn't
work, got the same result as you. Either get a hole saw for metal various
sizes each ~ $20-25 plus $15 for the arbor. Mitre ten have them, try
engineering supplies, usually a bit cheaper.
