JECS/downdraught

List, is JECS a nissan thing? I have something which I think is a fuel pressure regulator. It has JECS and some part number written on it. It has a vacuum hose plug on the top and two fuel hose plugs on the bottom. I am assuming that is what these plugs are for. Is this part identifiable through it's part number?   Also, what are good downdraught weber settings for an L20b?
