A 2.25" system should be ok for a mild L20b. My bosses rally 1600 with
worked L18 only runs a 2" system. He has a 12" long resonantor before the
diff and a oval straight thru muffler behind. It sounds real sweet when
idling. But the webers are louder under load. If u want it fairly quiet a
2.25" system with 1 muffler will be way louder than u want it. I wouldnt
suggest a baffled muffler either if your after performance. A flexi joint
wouldnt be needed unless u got major engine torque. 300 bucks sounds about
right for that system as there is minimal bends and pretty straight forward.
And DONT goto Tonys Mufflers (sorry steve - cant support a competitor!!) -
