Colour advice please

I am about to spray my 1600 and wanted some help on colour selections.  I was thinking either a metallic grenn/blue like Jeff Shoesmith's 1600 or a Ford colour called sparkling burgundy.  I have never seen a 1600 in burgundy and just wondering if it is worth the 'risk' going that colour or just stick with the metallic green/blue.
