You can fit any 6 cylinder Datsun box normally fitted behind an L series
motor.  This means Skylines 77 - 84, 240K's 73 - 76, Zeds from 74 - 84.  You
should be looking at $250 for a gearbox from a wreckers - dont pay more.
Check the gearbox length is the same and the tailshaft drive is the same.
Put the clutch throwout sleeve from your gearbox onto the replacement box to
be sure its length is compatible with your clutch pressure plate.
