Hey Everyone,   I hope you all had a good Christmas New Years and for those of you who were in Canberra this weekend, a great Summernats. I thouroughly enjoyed myself and the love for Datsuns from the crowd. I didn't enter any events cause I forgot my Damn Air filter for my turbo (grass events) but still had a great time cruising it around the Canberra Showground. I jumped on the Dyno to  see what my efforts brought to the wheels after those literal blood, sweat tears and many late nights and headaches. I was pretty happy with my effort, even though my turbo actuator let me down... (couldn't hold boost properly) so I had to settle for a 12psi effort which helped me pump 196.2 hp at the wheels.... not bad for a stock turbo, and not throwing ice bags all over the motor and intercooler just before the run (unlike some people.... they just go overboard)... I actually had my car idling on operating temp in 35 degree heat for over 10mins before my effort... I wanted it to be in street trim.   BOOSTM, BOOSTY, IDO11Z, SCARED, MR510 were just a few of the 1600's I saw around and there were a few locals cruaing around aswell... not to mention a carload of chicks in one.... I approached them and they loved 1600s... no further comment on what happened from there ... hehehe   :)   As for street racing a blew away a Mazda Series VI RX7, a WRX, Turbo Swift, LJ V8 Torana, and a few lights to lights races with a couple of various V8s, 6s and 4s.
