Yep, I've seen this on a S13 Silvia K (CA18DET). A T28 will bolt up to
your T25 exhaust manifold. I can't remember if the stock dump pipe can be
retained as this was also upgraded in the process- but it was all pretty
easy from what I was told. No idea how much you'll lose down low but the
addition of the T28, 3inch dump and exhaust to match, brought the auto
Silvia down almost a second over the 1/4 mile.
