The Z18ET also came out in the early 80's Silvia Turbo too..
Swapping the N/A motor won't gain much over an L series for the work involved. In a
180B the things needed would be (roughly) :
Convert to cable throttle (early Bluebird works well)
Use the L18 sump/ oil pick up (ok will be angled slightly - needs an oil supply from
turbo)
New radiator or top outlet (Z uses both on LH side)
Use one 180B mount(swapped over + one Z engine mount)
The 180b gbox mount should bolt straight up, and the tailshaft will be the right
length (unlike 1600's)
Of course lots of other little details.. :)
