Bruce,
The standard ground clearance for a standard '70 on 1600 is 190mm or 7.5"
and the earlier model was 38mm or 1.5" lower.
On the '70 on model the standard suspension height was:
front 410mm
rear 350mm
subtract 38mm for earlier standard model.
subtract 25mm for all SSS models.
These specs were for brand new, for some reason some 1600's actually
increase ride height in the front slightly with worn components - most cars
sag or so I thought.
